Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Blakena processes and ships orders within the United States.

Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Fee

We offer a flat shipping fee of $4.99 per order.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During periods of increased order volume, including the holiday season, processing may take additional time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer because of weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the email address associated with your order.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after an order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@blakena.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us at service@blakena.com.

Please provide your order number and available tracking information so that we can review the delivery status.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the condition of the package and product when appropriate. We will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution.
